Relaxing Pregnancy Massage

Our promise is to ensure your comfort and safety during your pregnancy massage. Sideline positioning with supportive, soft cushions is used to alleviate the extra strain on the lower back and pelvic areas when the pressure of massage techniques are applied. Extra strain in these areas can cause unnecessary back or abdominal pain, so naturally we want to avoid any potential discomfort.
Through the second trimester, you may prefer to lie on your back with a small, cushioned wedge placed under one hip to provide a slight elevation. Depending on where you are in your pregnancy, your therapist may utilize such massage techniques as reflexology, Swedish massage or certain techniques that address your specific requests and needs. Massage is a great way to help with the physical and emotional changes during pregnancy.

St. Cyr by Carbonneau is very careful with our “mommy’s to be”. However we know they need pampering more then anyone else. Let us treat you and your skin to a very sensitive yet effective facial specifically designed with your needs in mind. Once comfortable on the treatment table we gently cleanse and exfoliate your skin. A nice gentle stream of steam will be applied to help open your pores and get your skin prepped for the mask. A very gentle face mask will be applied and you will relax while we give you a scalp neck and shoulder massage. We finish this facial with a very hydrating finishing cream.
