Lynn R., Owner
Lynn is a fourth generation business owner. She started working for her great grandparents long running family business, “Carbonneau’s,” which originated in Worcester, MA. opening its doors in 1922. Lynn furthered her education at Worcester State University, graduating with a bachelors degree in Business Administration. Her love for fashion and helping women feel beautiful came together when she opened the doors of Carbonneau Bridal and Formalwear in 2006. In 2012, with her Master Stylist sister Lacie Carbonneau, Lynn took over the ownership of St. Cyr by Carbonneau Salon and Spa. This acquisition completed Lynn’s dream to help a client look and feel beautiful from the inside out!
Lacie C., Master Hairstylist
Lacie graduated from Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy in 2012. With over 11 years experience in the field, Lacie found her initial passion for blonding services. Since then she has grown her love for foilyage and lived in colors. If you are looking for someone who is attentive to detail and takes pride in each and every look she creates, Lacie is your girl! Easy to talk to and get along with, every appointment is filled with good talks and not to mention great hair!
Liliana B., Master Hairstylist
Liliana is a master stylist with 35 total years of experience in the beauty industry, and 7 years with us. She loves meeting new people, and building true friendships with her clients. She is also fluent in both English and Spanish. She has extensive skill in all things color, cutting, and styling.
Adora S., Master Hairstylist
Adora is a Master stylist with 17 years of experience. She is Keratin and Brazilian blowout certified. Adora graduated from Princess Eden Hairdressing Academy in 2002 in Albania, and graduated from Toni&Guy Hairdressing Academy in 2021. She has skills in blonding and classic formal updos and styles.
Nikki A., Master Esthetician
Nikki provides experience of over 15 years in the beauty industry & over 12 years with the St. Cyr by Carbonneau Family. She specializes in skincare that includes facials, body waxing, brow shaping, microblading, all occasion makeup, body wraps, & custom airbrush spray tanning. Nikki takes pride in the services she offers, and has a passion to make others happy. Nikki is known to work quickly, yet efficiently and shares great professionalism. Nikki is a strong believer that beauty comes from within the soul and only wants to enhance it on the outside.
Pamela M., Esthetician & Management Team
Pamela graduated from Spa Tech Institute Westborough in August of 2022. She specializes in facials, peels, microdermabrasion, body wraps, body waxing, brow shaping and tinting. While performing services, she can offer either soft or hard wax depending on your individual preference. She loves working with people and assisting them in learning about their skin. You’ll never leave an appointment with Pamela without being properly educated on the importance of exfoliation, SPF, and a healthy skincare regimen.

Stephanie is has been a licensed massage therapist for the last 14 years. She has a Bachelor degree in Communication from Western New England College. Isabella is a passionate hairstylist with a love for creating elegant formal styles and bridal up-dos. Isabelle graduated from Collective Academy in early 2026 and is passionate about helping her clients look and feel their absolute best. Isabelle is certified in lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow laminations and tints, and hair extensions, allowing her to customize services to fit each client’s individual goals.
