Cancellation Policy
St. Cyr by Carbonneau has implemented a 24 hour cancellation notice policy. We request all clients looking to cancel or reschedule appointments give us a courtesy notification at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise resulting in a full-service charge. Same day cancellations or no-show appointments may result in a full-service charge.
