Special Event Services
Our spa can accommodate for gatherings and special events! We are available on evenings and weekends, but please give us as much advance notice as possible.
The group host will be asked to supply information on all guests including full name, addresses, phone numbers and service choices. We offer special event hair and makeup services that cater to all different special events. (Please see our hair services and makeup services below).
Bridal Party Contracts
All of our bridal parties are finalized with a contract to secure your special day. A deposit payment of 60% of the total cost for services is necessary to schedule appointments. The remaining balance is due 24-hours prior to your wedding day. We do not offer refunds on deposits after the contract is signed and booked. No cancelations or changes will be accepted up to 48 hours of the scheduled service time. If you need to make any changes, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice of the scheduled appointment. Please note that there will be no refund given for members of the wedding party who miss their appointment the day of the wedding. We strive to create an atmosphere of tranquil joy for you and your bridal party. Please let us know if there is anything that we can do to further enhance your experience. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments. Please remember to wear a button down shirt on the day of your service. It is important to disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications that you are taking as some services may be contraindicated.
