We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Debit and Discover . We also accept all Spa Finder, Spa wish and Spa week Gift Certificates for any spa service . Since Spa Finder takes 17% of total, must be used on reg priced services & cannot be combined w/any other deal or reward discount program. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card or gift card number to hold and book any type of service. When booking with St. Cyr by Carbonneau Salon and Spa and providing your credit card for security of holding this appointment just for you, you accept the terms of the following cancellation policy below: As a courtesy to our staff a minimum cancellation notice is required and goes as follows:
Single/Couple appointments – 24 hour cancellation notice is required or 100% of the full service is charged on provided credit card
Packaged appointments, 2+ parties – 1 week cancellation notice is required or 100% of the full service is charged on provided credit card
Group party (7 or more guests) – 2 week cancellation notice or 100% of the full service is charged on provided credit card
If we don’t receive the minimum prior notice for your group to change or cancel your appointment your credit card will be charged as described above or gift card will be forfeited. We reserve the room and the therapist just for you, so if you don’t show up we have no chance of filling that spot without 24 proper notice. You will receive a confirmation phone call the night before your scheduled appointment to remind you about your next day service. Please make sure the phone number you provide is accurate.
Arrival
To ensure an excellent experience at our salon, please plan to arrive 10 -15 minutes prior to your appointment. This way, you’ll have time to relax with a beverage of your choice. If you are a first time client, a guest profile will be completed when you arrive.
Merchandise & Cosmetic Purchases
All merchandise and /or cosmetic products are a final sale and cannot be returned for any reason. Please choose carefully when making a purchase.
Please Note
Special attention and careful draping for privacy, comfort, and relaxation are observed during all body treatment and body massage services.
We ask that you maintain quiet conversations in all areas of the Salon & Spa and turn off cell phones.
We love children and need to keep them safe! Our spa does not have any kind of child minding services available so please keep your children at home. The spa has many dangerous things that can be a risk for children like hot wax, sharp tools and heavy equipment. To prevent accidents happening we ask that they do not accommodate you during your visit.
Gift Certificates or Pre-paid Services
No refunds on gift certificates or pre-paid services; gift certificates expire 7 years from date of purchase.
Lost or Stolen Items
The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Please make sure to keep your valuable belongings with you at all times or in the designated treatment room you are receiving your service in.
Attention Parents
Children under 12 are no longer permitted in the salon unless they are receiving services. Children receiving services must remain well-behaved and quiet so as not to disrupt spa services being received by other clients in the salon. Also, we are unable to perform spa treatments on clients under the age of 16 without the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
